Anybody tell me the flow rate of 803 dark greens

also whats the voltege ment to be at the iscv on a frst

Ask boschman for flow rate.
as for ISCV voltage, it is a DIGITAL SIGNAL, therefore you CANNOT measure it with a regular digi metre.
As with 99.99% of ECM(ECU) refernce signals are 5 volts, but as I said are in this case a DIGITAL SIGNAL, not AC like some "knowledgeable" people believe.
