I doubt it very much. I know a little about this car.
That is SPOT ON, its a proper factory 1700t kit and as far as i can see follows the original design 100% apart from the engine.

We if you loo @ the way the Evo have flared there wheel arches and big open front end
Rember how old the RS1700T so the arches are a bit more squire but the EVO has diffently follow the same idea /lines imo
