how to edit pictures

how...???? if i have a picture which i want to upload to bucket but need to edit first???

. Open it in ms paint, edit it then resave and upload

Paint is prob the easiest program to use.
Removing the reg? Zoom in on it using the magnifying glass for a 'better' finish.

file, then opem, and got to where you saved it on your pc
