How do u reconect the rear anti roll bar to the rear arms??????

 

there are drop links, which slide onto the bar/wishbones using rubber bushes.

 

i know that but how the hell do u slide them on lol i can't push them on

 

when i done my back bushes i had to buy new shackles from fordpartsuk.com,i just used washing up liquid and a set of vice grips to get the bush over the tips of the arm and arb,its a very tight fit but with the right pressure they will just slide over

 

where do u get them adjust from?

 

have u the part number by any chance???
