Default whats goin on with my bloody pc ?????

pissing me off now

when pc is running i set screen res to what i want and place desktop icons where i want, restart it or turn it off and when it comes back on it has a different less screen res and the icons are all over the place, does it every time so i have to reset the screen res and move the icons about

shouldnt it remember all this ?

cpu amd 64 x2 4600, installed it myself, got the amd dashboard thing and it was quite happily running at 34 degrees, now it runs at 76 degrees even when not doing anything and the cpu fan is on full whack

whats caused it to do this ?

pissing me right off lol
