1.9 cvh rods ?
does anyone know if the conrods are the same in the 1.6 /1.9 cvh engines ? i mean will steel 1.6 rods fit in the american 1.9
the only info i could find is this

Yeah the rods are slightly different mate. If your after steel rods for the American 1.9, contact specialised engines, i recon they might be your best call
