I am just about to buy an estoril blue BMW and would like to know which glaze product would be the best to use.

I'd go with Prima Amigo Polymer Glaze. It stays nice and clear so the metallic will still show through perfectly, and not being oil based like most glazes, it won't effect the durability or bonding of any sealants or waxes you want to put on top.
