has anyone converted focus rs brakes onto an st170 on here? if so how much would it cost for second hand discs and calipers etc? are they direct fit?

 

i asked GGR abuot this a few yers back, when they first started offering the AP kit for the FRS, i asked what do they do with the brembo stuff? as with a set of spacers they would fit on any other 4 bolt fixing ford i reckon, but they said all the cosutomers who had the conversion kept the original stuff,

 

I guess the brembo's are hard to come by then. oh well

 

IIRC, the ST170 discs are 300mm anyway,,, which for acar thats not that heave are more than adequate - mixed with some 'decent' pads should be pretty good, better than std escos brakes anyway!
