Santa Pod trip knackered my car
Well I wrecked my 2WD today, possibly blown the diff.
Take a look at this and tell me what you think

Car has had gearbox rebuilt a fortnight ago along with 6 paddle helix clutch and skimmed flywheel. The diff I replaced with a 2nd hand item recently along with grpA mount... apparently diff had been rebuilt 6 months ago but who knows!? Sounded ok but did whine slightly.
The car engages all gears but has no drive. A quick inspection underneath didn't reveal anything untoward. I'll need to have a proper look during the week.
Also what's the best way to launch a 2WD? Think I may have given it a few too many revs although I drive it hard whenever it's out of the garage!
Let me know your views
Cheers
Oh btw please excuse the language after the camera moves away from the track lol

Planet gears in five pieces, know the feeling well
. Cure is Quaife ATB, and then it will be crown-wheel and pinions, but will last more launches than standard diff before letting go....
