that be dave from meg top bloke and is a good article to
top cars quick to and a few mods out there to make even better

like blueflame/monggose/milltek exhaust
cone filter large cossie one best
chip
st200 headers from the states will fit
highflow cat
pre cats removed
mustang tb
just a few mods that have been done on st220

you will be impressed with it best ones to go for are 05 plate to late 07
as those years didn't suffer with bad sealer problems on the doors
other than that they dont suffer much at all

service regularly and wont go wrong
5w30 oil is must use etc
