well i thought my engine was fooked so decided that i was gonna give up with it and start a new and i have fitted another 2.0l lump now.
well turns out today that the engine was fine it was the oil pump, the pressure release valve was jammed hence why i lost my oil pressure.
the lump is 2.0l block with 0.5mm oversize pistons which have only done 300 miles.
it was only bored out and skimmed 300miles ago so is not even run in yet.
there is only a small ammount of the bores that have actually worn in so probably needs another 500 miles of running in.
it was fitted with new shells and bolts.
i have reciept somewhere for the rebore costing £115 alone!
i'll take £150 for the block and i have a ported 1.8 zetec head for £150

yes i have a 2.0l block and a 1.8 ported head which where together.
