kph tp mph converter help

Default kph tp mph converter help

hello all , does anyone now who makes this converter, its a mechanical one for a evo3, it does 2 jobs..takes the 112mph limiter off and changes the kph to mph..










i bought it off a guy and it looks like theres a bit missing that should go in the top of the black plastic piece, as thers just a hole and my speedo cable doesent touch the bottom so it can turn, its off a evo 2..
any help guys

thanks christian ive got it off a guy on MLR for 25 quid and there 100 quid new, but thers deff abit missing so will give them a ring and see if thay can help, the guy who sold it me says thats how it came off, i told him to have a look at the end of his speedo ,he did and said nothing was left on it the top should look the same as the bottom of the speedo..
the converter means i dont have to change my clocks at all even tho its only in kph, it makes it a 180 mph clock, i assume thats how it fools the ecu
