I Have advertised a phone on ebay twice now and both times a brand new bidder that has registered the same day has hit the buy it now option and asked to send it to some relative in another country. is there a way to block people with say less than 5 feedback from bidding, as its starting to get annoying.

Go to My Ebay, on the left under My Account select Preferences then edit your buyer preferences

Block bidders in countries I don't ship to or something
