torque settings
i always do my head bolts 25lb/ft then 50lb/ft
then run the car up to temperature, leave for 15mins then do 90degrees on each bolt then do another 90 each bolt. make sue you put a drop of oil on the washer and the thread of the bolt as this stops them jumping as you tighten them.
what do you mean piston torques?
these settings are from the cosworth workshop manual
crankshaft main bearing caps 88-101 nm
big-end bearing bolt to connecting rod 55-60 nm
sorry they are in newton metres i dont know how to convert them.
hope this helps
