Default Cam seals STILL leaking!!!!!

Just had my 2wd sapp repaired and got it home only to find camshaft oil seal leaking from same place as before ...

Is this a common problem?

Please help

NEVER had a seal leak but between the head and cam cap does this area requires sealer

thanks for the help pal but have found prob they must have forgot to retention the bolts after warming the engine as i just put half a turn on each bolt has not cured it so they will have to re do it. Ps lovely car!!!

I always find a spot of Gasket Sealent Does the Job at each end

Mine did that after I rebuilt it, hadn't used any sealant so had to re do it Has solved the problem though it has developed a new leak that I haven't managed to trace yet

There are 2 allen screws behind the cam wheels (one behind each) and they have a small O ring which fails. This might be a good place to look as it often gives the impression it is coming from somewhere else i.e cam seals. I believe the oil is under pressure as it is a main oil gallery. It was spraying on to the cam belt on mine and then going everywhere
