getting a mk4 1.3 popular soon hopefully, just wondering how hard,cost,parts would be to fit it......

would be alot better buying an XR3i as got the electrics etc

 

well theres one im after.....very clean,caged, recaros the lot... its got a 3i engine in at the mo on 4speed box, but obviously want the power and that of an rs....

 

hope you are going to change the log book over too

depends if your doping EFI or MFI conversion?
need a whole exhaust system etc etc is expensive but saves money if yuo do it yourself, i converted both of mine and took a day each one

 

how much you think it would cost for a rs conversion in a mk4 then?

no way lol, bored of gettin dirty now and engine etc could cost £400/500 for a half decent one.
and labour er depends if a mate does it but could cost £300 quid if ya got someone to do it with ya.

really depends mate what parts you use as when the engine is out it is best to replace stuff and will just bump up the price..if your worried about how much it will cost you will prob cut corners and will turn out badly
