wot oil??

hi,

can anyone help and tell me wots the best oil for the gearbox

and the best diff oil,,

on a 2wd sapphire cosworth,,

I get mine from the ford dealers as thats what the oil that the gearbox and diff was designed for,

Castrol ATF dextron 3 for the box (auto trans fluid)
Diff not 100% but i think its EP 80/90 gear oil
