Can someone tell me where the motor is situated and where do I get it out, I think it is below the wiper motor, its driving me nuts. It is a 4x4 Saff by the way.

Thanks in advance

2 bolts, but you have to remove the scuttle panels really to be able to see what you are doing, and you can also undo the metal bulkhead panel to sotp it from getting in your way

if you can get to the screws it's a peace of piss mate
but they are right little bastards to get too, especially with everything else in the way, and they all come in from the engine bay side, even the ones into the inner wings

The metal plate can be difficult to get out depending on if its been removed before. I had to drill two of the screws off as they had corroded so badly. I also had to replace the metal part as that had been attacked by rust. I've sparyed my new one white to hopefully slow down the rust.

Here's a 3dr pic with the motor out - might get it clearer in your mind?...

and heres all the stuff out - fan motor in the middle with bolt either side.

They seem pretty similar to the saff... I have both and have nosed abit.

Cheers,

Andy
