WM recorder is a piece of piss, start it and it automatically downloads the video. Cant get any simpler than that.

aghhhh.... you need to copy and paste all the web address before the '&'

eg:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDAK4...elated&search=
copy and paste
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDAK4jBKmow

then add .flv on to the end of the saved name.

Ive tried but its telling me I need flvplay and so on.
Can someone do me a favour and download this movie into a windows media player format or something because I'm having no luck so far.

on a related note, how do i upload nokia media player vids to youtube then?

 

You do not have the FLV codec on your your system thats all then you can play it with whatever you want...I use VLC as this plays all the formats on such sites by default.
Alternatively convert it to another format which you can play.. you have not stated what codecs you have however and you should remember converting lowers the quality

 

 

Wondered how you could save the vids of these sites, i remember the right click save as target days, was much easyer

Just copy and paste the link into it, download it and then rename the file with .flv on the end.

Click on Tools, Internet Options
Under Browsing History Click on Settings
Then Click on View Files in the window that comes up
Arrange by Size, and the biggest file is most likely the movie you're looking for
Save it to your Desktop and skip to the bottom of this page to learn how to convert it for your iPod.

That don't work with video's on Youtube, as there not MPEG's or .MOV files. Well when i checked in there they wasn't there.
