Default Fault Blink codes on L8

Does anyone know if the fault code (Blink codes) output on pin8 of L8 ECU is disabled on Bayjoo stg.1 chips?

I get no response from my code reader - I haven't got as far as checking with LED or meter yet.. maybe someone will know and save me the trouble

OK, for anyone interested... The Bayjoo chip outputs codes exactly the same as a standard one I made up an led connected to the comms connector to check both.

This is the procedure I'm relating to - http://www.homepages.hetnet.nl/~pete...ecu_error.html

I guess that means my codereader doesn't work or is broken..
