Not sure if the entire front splitter is missing? Would be interesting to find out!

Its the adjustable front splitter that is removed from the front spoiler!
And wasnt the option from Ford to "delete Aeropack" as it was standard!

Yeah it was a delete aeropack option. I've the cossie sale brochure, but its not very clear on exactly what is removed.

they removed all those parts [about £800] and had the cheek to not charge you anything extra
i would have wanted them all to keep as spares!

No as above, the delete aeropack was a NCO... std was with the spoiler
