Default 2WD Crank Pulley can it be welded ?????

Hi as above i broke my 2WD Crank Pulley and im having trobles getting on can it be welded ?????

They are cast Iron and need specialist welding. Then you need to re-balance it.

yes they can easily be welded and ground or machined back. I've done a couple for people.

the other option is a machined peg, drill and tap a small hole where the lug was and screw in a new one then machine it square.

not rocket science, just needs to be 4mm high and 4mm x 4mm square ( and conductive ( to trigger the sensor).

Its not the lug thats broke its chunk where when i was using the pullers it broke

Have one coming hopefully

Its not that i have had no joy getting one since i broke mine and now i find 2 with in 20mins

Fingers crossed i'll have one by next wk

Ps Jay i have'nt got in the shed to sort that dash yet been very busy (the engine and box in the cossie is only being held in via the gear box craidle and i have the crane ready in the big shed next whk it should be out )

My mate broke mine 3 years ago, I had it welded and it's been fine since
