Used to bleed off boost/control the actuator on the turbo (control boost pressure).

Bolts to a bracket which then bolts to the top of the gearbox. Has 3 pipes between the valve, the bottom of the metering unit (bleed off), compressor housing and the actuator.

 

 

 

Will it be open (full boost) or closed (reduced boost) if you apply 12V?

 

I can't remeber to be honest. When putting the amal valve on a switch it allows you to have low boost or high boost.
