this is what i was driving around in before i got my mk6 rs2k i sold it in march 2006 because i just couldnt afford to run it anymore. it was a 1968 1.1 super originally and was resprayed in 2 pack olympic blue paint, it had rs2000 graphics fitted and a 1.6pinto engine + mexico running gear. inside it was stripped out with only the dash a bucket seats left. hope u all like the pic.

1.6 on the log book insurance was a nightmare seen as though im 22 they wouldnt insure me on a classic policy i ended up having to get it valued as well!!!

 

i bought the car for Ł1600 and as a rolling shell with a hole in the floor it came with all the bits to finish it i.e. bucket seats,interior e.t.c. i built it up ran it for a year then sold it for Ł2600 on ebay so it did all right really. it had no MOT when i sold it either.
