I see that my wastegate arm is shortened to maximum (turbo fully opened), but I have Amal valve, and I try set wastegate arm longer, but car goes slow , and have BANG from exhaust.

Is problem and may harm engine if arm is fully shortened?

depends on how much tension u are putting on the spring, but it's easy to knacker it like this.

 

how is serial (original) on S2? for examlpe, maybe 1 cm to max short?

One full turn (anti clockwise) of the actuator rod is approximately taking 1 psi off the boost. If thats what you want to know

 

how long is serial on rst? i mean original. 10 psi?

 

Original standard RST boost pressure was 7.25 PSI.

I am unsure what you mean by 'serial'?!

Do you mean how long are the visable threads on a standard actuator? If so, I have no idea!!

If it's the original actuator or a very old actuator, you would be better throwing it away and getting either a new one or a -31 as the springs go weak. It could be that the tension has been wound up to try and compensate for a weak spring.

 

You think that my actuator has gone and because of that my actuator arm is fully shortened, but no boost under 0.5?

how can I test/repair actuator?

 

Feed it with pressure and see what pressure it starts to move at. standard actuator moves at 4psi if I recall correctly. A -31 lifts at 7psi and a -34 at 14psi I think.
