ahhhh, the good ol' days, a good mate of mine is a rave dj, still does raves twice a month, but it aint like it was back then.

 

not old enough to have been at any of these but it looks class, a few mates of mine set up a rave on a beach a few years ago now tho, but we thought that was quite big at a few hundred lol,

any more about these? would of been class to go to one.

 

i was a big raver 10+ year ago, every weekend, good days, here's a few pics/flyers from the one's i used to go to, not the best quality, but there all scanned, because digital camera's hadnt been invented back then

them photo's are from the after dark and the colloseum fella, i went to the blue monkey once or twice, but i was mainly at the after dark in south sheilds, colloseum in norton, reds in bishop auckland, the top hat at spennymoor, or powerhouse at manhattons in redcar. and i agree about the price of the cowies back then, may have been £20, but all you needed was one dove, and you were in for a good night. here's a couple more pics i found

 

Went to the colosseum and the monkey a couple of times, still have the new monkey raves up sunderland but darnt go because i feel to old now

 

i know what you mean fella, dj trixy is one of my best mates, he still does raves, and he's on my case to go down all the time, but im like you, i feel to old. my brother goes to his raves, he's 17, and he's always the same, asking me to go. but if im gona be honest, i cant listen to rave without being off my face lol.
