2wd oil pressure at tick over?

what pressure (bar) should the engine produce on tick over (started from cold) and what should it drop to when warm?

its a stg3 engine.

Mine is 55psi when cold on idle

About 34psi on hot idle

...depends on oil grade....

20psi to 35psi

The Ford oil pressure switch i beleive comes on at 15psi

from cold my one runs 5 bar till warm after this once warm it runs a constant 2.5 bar i have a uprated oil pump

It also depends greatly on where you have your tickover set...

tick over was 1400 on initial start, fell to 1100, showing 3.5 bar whislt cold, so all seems in order, i was just getting worried as the engine can get very loud sometimes, but ive since read that Castrol RS can make the engine loud?
what oil does everyone else use, as im off to buy some new now
