Well, I replaced my turbo oil return tonight which might I say was in a very bad way, all melted and the jubilee clips were too big for the pipe, even when fully closed!!!!! Done now tho and should be ok!
Did a service too, new filter, plugs and I stuck in Fuchs Silkolene Pro s 10w50 fully synthetic oil, WOW what a diference, engine is now much smoother and seems to idle nicer (Wad running Halfords 5w50 motorsport oil). Recommend it to anyone!
Bad point of the night tho, throttle cable snapped! You couldn't make it up! luckily only 1 min up the road but embarrassing nevertheless!

bloody Fords eh !!You give them a bit of lovin' and they turn round and kick you in the bollox just to show you who's really the boss
Least it should be an easy fix
Bet the plugs have done more to the idle control than the oil has tho' - but always worth it
Try your brake fluid next as many seem to forget that

I agree with Saq tho, worth a look, and as long as it's still flexible and not gone hard like mine did you should be able to get it off quite easily! If it's gone hard, due to the way it's plugged in, you'll either have to move the turbo away and then pull it off the lug on the block or cut it in half like I had to!
Give it a look over tho!
