I did mine a few years back, I dropped the whole beam and stripped it down in the garage (its bloody heavy and will require a couple of people). After stripping it down into its partsI cleaned everything up and painted it and then fitted it back onto the car a piece at a time. You'll need to fit the swing arms back onto the rear beam before you bolt it in.
You'll also need to use a press to get the bushes out of the swing arms.

id not bother changing the wishbone bearings for poly ones ,they are as good as your gonna get and ive heard it upsets the the handling rather than help it. they are also a press fit and a bugger to remove. chech them if they ok leave them,i just done mine and it feels lovely. new rear diff hanger the rear anti roll bar and main beam mounts. You,ll also get a good look at chassis rail where the beam mounts up to , they can be in need of rpair.
