As above really i have a nomad water temp gauge to install but noit sure wheres the best place to put the sender?

I had thought about putting it in the pipe where my swirl pot is with a connector from tweekies. Then i wondered if i could use the hole where the standard temp sensor is[blue one at back of engine by dip stick]by using a T piece.

Anybody have and ideas?
