Good Condition ERST bottom end. Mine's just started knocking and need a quick replacement to get her back on the road for tuning.

Yes, I did see your rebuilt jobbie in the sale section, however not looking to be running anything in for 500-700odd miles, found a few 2nd hand items that may just get me up and running again quickly. I'll certainly consider it though if these fall through.

I've just rebuilt mine. Wanted to sell engine complete but would split for the right price.

Work carried out as follows:

Four new oversize pistons and rings (+0.5mm)
New genuine Ford cam (cost £130)
New genuine Ford timing belt
New genuine Ford headgasket
All genuine Ford gaskets, seals and filters
Replaced valve stem oil seals, again with Ford items

Will let the bottom end go for £325.
