Hi,

I've just rebuilt mine. Wanted to sell engine complete but would split for the right price.

Work carried out as follows:

Four new oversize pistons and rings (+0.5mm)
New genuine Ford cam (cost £130)
New genuine Ford timing belt
New genuine Ford headgasket
All genuine Ford gaskets, seals and filters
Replaced valve stem oil seals, again with Ford items

Will let the bottom end go for £325.

You can hear it running as it's still in the car!
