h4's. Ur headlamp redlectors are old and dull, thats why the lights are poor. New Headlamps makes a massive difference

I've got a set of Morrettes on mine and the light is useless, the headlights on my Nova are better

Got a set of E30 headlights to fit (hopefully these will be a bit better) been looking at these HID conversions as well, post up how they are once fitted

head light are not that old
you'll struggle with them if they are for the saff

most fords need a H4 hi-lo kit as the dipped and main beams are the same bulb

if they work, post up some pics as would be interested, have done alot of looking into this (but never got round to buying a set...yet ) and have seen the prices drop regularly over the last year.

there are even some E-marked kits available now (but not that cheap)

Fitted HIDs to my bike from hids4u.co.uk, my car has them and going back to normal bulbs in the bike was awful.

The aftermarket kit on the bike is fantastic, even brighter than the car now.

One issue is if started with lights on it can cause them to blow or at least extinguish and need flicking on/off. Think i have posted pics in the motorcycle section if you can be bothered to search.

right here are the pics:

i think they are brilliant! only downside is i didnt realise that there were 2 styles of kits so when i flash my main beam they go off and the spots come on by themselves! oops gonna change the wiring on them so they stay on but my fogs come on too!

Got some hi/low beam xenons on my taxi

I've just brought some H4's 8000k for the sierra..Were'nt the cheapest ones available but the ballasts/wires was spot on!

Fuck me what a difference they made comapred to the old ones!

Went for the high/low beam as with the single beam blub u don't get a low beam....It's a little more expensive....

Words cannot describe how bright they are!

little video of mine going along an A road

And a picture...

Personally never used them, but word is they fantastic.

I recently did a feature for a guy with an incredible spec S14a 200SX, awesom brakes, suspension, looks, and a 500bhp+ Skyline GTR engine, proper track weapon.

And you know what he said was his fave mod? The HID/Xenon headlamp conversion as it totally transformed driving at night Much more enjoyable etc etc as it improves vision so much.

Shit picture, but the left hand side are a 75 quid 6000k kit from the bay. Right hand side is halfrauds finest yellow bulb. I can echo what Steve said, best thing ive done... makes driving at night bliss.
