every little helps.

 

The more smooth the surfaces are the better. The only rough part should be the cylinder head ports to help prevent fuel drop out. With that I don't mean excessively rough, just not mirror finished.

 

If done properly this is a good mod, HOWEVER, there was someone selling these on eBay (and im pretty sure its the same person) with a similar write up, but it also said things like "the butterfly opens up to 100% over the standard 97%, and the potentiometer has been adjusted to give even more top end fueling"

and it was bollucks, MFI RST's don' t have a potentiometer............

And those pictures are very poor...........

 

i had on my old s1 running 1.5 bar a rs turbo throttle body bored out 2mm with a xr3i butterfly fitted even that when fitted didnt give it anymore power so that aint gonna do fook all it will only give you more power if its the only thing in the inlet causing a restriction
