ive had a standard small turbo and i know wot you mean, yes thats the way they are,the first thing i bought for mine was a full stainless exhaust and do away with the cats, wot a difference that made, and i turned the actuator up a couple a turns try that first mate trust me
depends wot yr plans are with it i spose? you going to keep it mint and show it?? or just drive it whenever??

no worries mate you have a mint car there,if you were going to show it and keep it standard then id leave it as it is,but if not and you just want a bit more power... try wot i said first with the exhaust you will be pleasantly surprized or you can chip it to around 270bhp with just a simple chip that plugs into the back of the ecu along with an uprated actuator, that wont cost too much, you will need the stainless exhaust anyway so do that first
