Relegation..... AFPMSL - look at the tables

The ironic part of it is that they are only 4 points off 3rd place

Will the Liverpool fans finally accept they are stuck in a rut and will not win the league for years?

liverpool have been shit all season imo. he needs to work out who his best team is and play it every game. i really thought that with the signing of pennant and kuyt it would make them stronger this year and the'd be the main challenger to chelsea but they be lucky to make the inter two bob at this rate

Both Bellamy and Pennant have yet to prove themselves - so far they haven't done anything to warrant the price paid for them IMO.

but pennant was statistically the best crosser of the ball in the prmiership and that was for a relegated team. maybe if rafa played him on the right instead of gerrard and moved him in the middle. maybe crouch would have a scoring rate like he does with england

Benitez has lost the plot IMO. He's trying to make a system fit the players, rather than make the players fit the system. Everybody says it's to allow ALonso and Gerrard to play together but this is obviously harming the team and so Rafa needs to make his choice and use one of them over the other. He is paid a hell of a lot of money to make such decisions, after all.

I find it amusing how people get chuffed for a team that will only ever finish in 3rd place, and will win nothing more than an egg cup. (ARSEnal)

even the name is shit

its a 2 horse race, always will be.

Rafa needs to learn his best team. changing a team for 99 games on the bounce is horrendous. surely you'd think he'd realise what his best team was by now.

Consistent teams have consistent playing squads. How can you get an understanding with someone if you only play in the same team with them every blue moon?

and like i said, Arsenal's best hopes are 3rd.

oh, and i've NEVER EVER rated Bellamy or Pennant - both hot heads, and in Pennant, his personal life track record doesnt do much for him in the respect stakes!

i agree with arsenal being 3rd this year but in a few years there gonna have a special team.....

man united will win the league, chelsea second in what will be mourinho's last season in charge of them

im thinking maybe bolton or villa for the 4th spot

i arent so sure about Arsenal being special in the future - they may have some talented players, but they do not play the same football they did of yesteryear, which was in the much the same vein as Man Utd, whereby everytime they went forward, there was always the incl in they would score, and often did - scoring goals for fun.

I agree with man utd winning the tittle - they slipped up against Reading and Arsenal, but since then consistency has been key.

Chelsea are a bunch of moaners, with over rated INDIVIDUALS and too much self importance. Their supporters are the same

Chelsea FC - Established 2003.

Quite simply, West Ham with millions of pounds would win the league - its not rocket science. Man Utd will rain on their parade this season.

And yes, Moanhino will leave chelsea this season for sure - his self importance is un-rivaled, and will demand the Portuguese national job or something like the being the president of the entire country itself

no seriously he's out the end of the season. my mate plays for chelsea and its common knowledge with the players, he wants to win the champions league with as many clubs as possible and thats the main trophy for him this season.

guus hiddink is the man they all think will take over as he's the russia coach and will be easy for abramovich to poach

ill be gutted if he does go cos from a neutral hes quality to watch in interviews

Bellamy has talent and he might improve as he sometimes manages to get himself in good goal scoring positions, but he can't hit a barn door at the moment but I've never seen Pennant give any sign throughout his career that he has the potential to be more than an average squad player.

While L'pool continue to only pay in the region of £6-7m for players, especially Crouch as a 'top class' [sic] striker, they'll never be able to compete for top honours against the obscene amount of money that Chelski and Man U pay for players.

I dont doubt he will go - if they dont win the champs league its my belief he would be pushed anyway.

Roman hasnt spent all that money to watch others win it!

i dont rate Hiddink - chelsea will return to obscurity!
