Thats right, today was the 1st time ive ever been to a professional mechanic and NOT had my car bodged up bigstylee or ripped off!!!!

i would like to say a big thank you to cossymad for supplying me the parts at a VERY reasonable price, and putting me intouch with Craig (i forget the surname or companyname ) who fitted the bits all at a VERY reasonable price, and also looked after me and did some extra bits n peices beyond the call of duty

mcpikie... quickshift fitted

plus he sorted out my reverse gear problem and removed the stupid crooklocik thing on the gearstick...

and kindly gave the car a good check over to find any faults with it

he did find a hole in the centrebox of the exhaust the box scraped under hard acceleration and its scraped away a tiny hole so it blows a bit... im gonna get it welded up tomorrow

Those gearbox locks are good mate, should of kept it

Lock it in 4th and the car cant be bumpered/pushed away

tiff, you also cant get the gearlever far enought over to the right to select 5th or reverse and if you do manage youre guaranteed to hurt your knuckles! lol

ps the gearlock thing is for sale (fully intact) i kept it coz damo told me theyre wortha few bob

matt its one of those things yeah... i'll take some piccies later so u can work out what model etc. it is...

mine isn't yellow tho its black (damo told me yellow was standard ford ones)
