few of these about. I actually know of a fully mappable one. KE is a VERY clever system, and a lot more complex than the average efi system to understand. Problem is, that the knowledge requrired to get the most out of it, is more expesnisve than an entry level Efi sytem.

Default ke

you say there are a few of these about, do you mean on rs turbos???? this is very interesting and would be good to look into. Some people tend to want to stick with the ke unit as mself so this could be very helpful. i have currently achieved 240bhp from mine but thats also using a fith. i wonder how much further i can take it without efi.

This device will not take the KE any further. Also it's simple as hell, and very easy to build a similar box.

Default ke unit

Thats great news, some would say its pointless sticking with ke but i think if you are achieving the power you want with it then why ditch it i like the ke unit and it has always proved reliable for me, shame about the rest of the car, lol
nah i love the car but i think i am going jap for a while
