Basically they (ebay) are supposed to refund you the Final Value Fee (a percentage of the ammount of money you sold your item for) cos the buyer didn't pay (so you actually didn't sell it....

But don't hold out for it as I been trying to get them for two items for months now - ebay are jsut making it harder and harder for you to get your money back

 

its the money they charged you when your item sold, because you didnt receive the money you can claim it back. You cant get back the listing fee though.

 

you think ebays bad, wait till you have to try to claim back from paypal

i know ebay own that as well but it really is a nightmare.
