Morette headlight problems

Morette headlight problems
Hey,
has anyone had trouble with Morette quad headlamps blowing
fuses?
mine have been fitted for over 2 years and just this week
the Inner set of lights stopped working,(main beam ones)
It keeps blowing the fuse on the wire from the battery to the
relay that must control the main beam(?)
I have checked the wires and they dont appear to be shorting on anything.
IS it likely that its the relay?????
If so, is it an off the shelf Escort part or is it a special Morette part?
