Default 5w/50 oil for a s2?

i bought some motorsport 5w/50 for my s2, and since using it i've ended up with a oil leak? could the viscosity be too thin?

never leaked before i changed oil.

wont cause an oil leak, you have other problems.

check sump nut and filter.

It all depend's on how tuned your car is and what you use it for e.g track day's or just everyday driving i put 5/40 full synthetic in mine and the oilman said that would be fine as it's standard and i only use it for everyday driving no track day's or anything. If you want to know what oil to use give him a PM with the spec and what you use your car for and he'll tell you what will be best

i lookin on the chart i ford parts dealers and its reccomends 10/40 full sin for the ERST,

thats what i use, ask a few tuners what they would put in, think 15/50 is the wrong weight
