Default gearbox oil

just brought brand new gearbox and was wondering whats the best stuff to use

will be fitting it back up hopefully this afternoon

I use Millers Fully sinthetic (SP) as recommended by Bernie.

Mine is a stage 2 with quaiffe diff so yours might be different.

I think Ford say use a SP80.

castrol syntrax ... not cheap @ £10 a litre tho .. but was well recomended

berine aka gearboxman recomends 75-90w thats what ive got in my cts stg1 box and had no probs
