i cant get over how different it all is to std tbh, almost hardly recognisable

 

We were discussing whether there was actually anything standard left on the new car....outer door handles and rear bumper....

Everything else is bespoke....i think

 

 

You can always find something,. badges, driveshaft rubbers, door seals are most obvious ideas that come to mind. Even works WRC cars have some parts left from original. I think Peugeot claimed that on 206 WRC there were 23 standard parts

 

Of course you are right Jakub...but out of the item you mention....we only actually use the door rubbers....

The original WRC car does have to retain quite a few parts but as we run in the open catagory (un-homologated) we have ditched the standard doors, tailgate, bonnet & wings.....
