looking for any opinions or information on an e30 alpina s2 2.7,know it has a 2.7 engine and makes 210 bhp and 213 lb/ft of torque but thats about it
was looking at one today,its a bit tatty about the body but all the right bits are there and it runs sweet as,anybody got an idea of value for rough ones through to minters,cheers

 

Minters about 7k, rough about 4k, but totally depends on condition. Could be a lot less if it's a banger.

 

fookin hell the guy is sellin for less than 2k ,isnt that bad,really needs 2 rear arches a rear door and a paint,wheel refurb and an mot,will have a good look at it to see if there is any rot in the shell
at worst could always find a low mile 316 and put all the good bits on it,always liked the e30 beemers and want a decent rwd car to give a good ragging at crail

Less than 2k is an absolute bargain

 

remember though 2 doors are more sort after i had an e30 2.7 hartga and i loved it

 

thats fookin crazy money,my mate told me you could get a decent one for 2500 quid,he's a pure hardcore beemer man too,has an e30 m3,an e36 m3,an older 323 ex race car,maybe just wanted me to tell him where it was lol,have had a real habit of finding weird bm's lately,came across a mint 3.0 cl 1972 ish a few weeks back and passed a tip on to someone who collects,think he would have got it for buttons too

 

sold the one in my sig for 6.5k, that was a 325i Sport converted to m3 running gear.
leather retrim, full bare-metal respray and brand new deep dish wheels.

I had a c2 alpina, e30, loved it.wish i hadnt sold it!! I had no probs with mine but a word of warning, genuine alpina parts cost a fookin bomb!!
