is it possible to fit a 2ltr head cos i can get one cheap and will it give around the same power as fitting the full 2liter engine? what would i need extra? inlet and exhaust manifold, ecu anything else?

The potential power out put difference between the 1.8 and 2.0 ltr ZETEC is virtually nothing until you get over 200 bhp. Changing head will do very little an dI believe the waterways are different so they are not interchangable. If you have a lower spec 1.8 get the cams for the 2.0 head, and the ECU that goes with it.
