Default COSSIE OVER FUELING

Hi folks wounder if any body can help,my bloody 3dr is over fueling realy bad,put new engine in which is completley built from new block, all sensors are new, runs dark greens with t38 on l1,got kenny at msd to write a base chip for it ,just till i get it live maped on l8 with siemens inj, starts off the key no problem but as soon as you try to give it ant throttle you can feel it flooding it self with fuel, give it hard throttle and it belches out black smoke and is very rough, hope somebody can help as im going demented,oh and yes fuel pressure is correct

Hi,

May be you have one injector always open by short circuit on wire.
It was an old campaign on RS .

Check your wire on injectors, or near, if wire is in short circuit and maintain one injector opened.

Regards.

I would check the tps settings, fuel regulator, map sensor and also coolant temp sensor or at least the 2 wires that go to it to make sure they are actually connected to the sensor!

This is very interesting.. cause if the gaps of these sensors can make it overfuelling I assume they can also make the mixture too lean??

What's the explanation for these sensors that they have influence on the mixture of the engine?
Is there someone who knows the technical know-how about this??
