Just got my first Cosworth going to change the oil asap. My question is what type/grade of oil do you lad's find to be good, any info would be helpfull cheers......

Silkoleen (spelling) or Castrol Edge which used to be the old Castrol RS

10w 50 or 10w 60.

make is not important as long as its good quality ie mobil, castrol or silkolene etc
