remove the tappet cover and check that your valve stem oil seals have not hardend and lifted. when they float on the stems , they act as pumps and force oil into your exhaust manifold ans cause endless white smoke
replace with the newer top hat valve stem oil seals

*UPDATE*

Car has been down at the garage and has had a compression test and all fine

Car boost's fine just white smoke likes to come out the exhaust for some reason Also have been told might be something to do with the breathers been blocked? Going to take all the pipes ect off and give them a good clean and hope for the best

You should be able to smell, whether it's burnt oil or burnt coolant. Bright white smoke is usually water/coolant.

A garage can check your coolant for signs of exhaust gases.

Still cant get to the bottom of the problem so going to get the valve stem oil seals done i think and see if that will solve the problem.

You must be able to smell something...

If it's loosing coolant it will most probably be burnt water. Burnt oil would have a very characteristic smell and the smoke would be more blueish than white.

Get the coolant CO-tested. Will only take a few minutes.
