I would get a doner car as you will need alot of part's and buying them separately will cost a lot more you will need full loom, ecu, engine, turbo, intercooler, rad fan, gearbox, fuel pump, hose's water/boost, brake's rs/xr2i, breather, system exhaust, engine mounts, suspension/anti roll bar, lower arms, link arms

tbh mate if you got a donor car n transplanted it you'd be much better off just having the standard frst.
also insurance is going to be worse on an engine converted fiesta than a frst.worth a thought.also you'd be luck to get change from at least a grand
personaly i think ud get some good cash for your car as it is and put that towards a frst.
sleepers are cool but be realistic
standard looking fiesta mk3's look pants

if its the sleeper ur set on try and get a frst with a decent engine but with really shite body work, since u only need the engine the body dosent matter and will be cheaper

yer but frst's now days are rotten and this 1.1 is as solid as a new fiesta and has only surface rust which has now been termineted!and how will the insurance be more expensive thatn on a frst?also i know it looks shite but imagine it lowered 60mm,bbs alloys, big FMIC at the front and a 4"outrolled pie straight through, the only way people will be able to tell it is rs turbo powered is by the chatter, intercooler, and pipe.the interior wil be rs turbo interior also

if you did what to turbo the 1100 lump get yourself a mk1 fiesta inlet manifold as the bolt spacings for the carburetta match up with the renwot R5-GTT carb

get a small turbo you'd need a custom exhaust manifold, would make for an interesting project, could allways supercharge instead

i would just buy a rotten fiesta turbo and put the enginem running gear and seats into the 1.1, alot easyer, maybe some alloy wheels but not to bling or u will lose the "sleeper look", upgrade the brakes also , its good to have the power and speed but better to scrub it off as fast as u can get it tho

where did you get that info or have you tryed the carb on the manifold your self, because retro ford is running a three part feature on turboing a crossflow and there using a r5 turbo carb but tryed to fit it to a single choke manifold and revealed that it was close but not close enough.

A huge front mount blows your sleeper plan right out of the water pal!

If you wanna keep it discrete you should think about modding a Saff cossie cooler
