myn is reading half way on the gauge and it went down just under the other day and the car ran out of petrol.so this is obvouisly not working as it should.any way of sorting it?my mate did fit white dials for me so maybey its not been re-seat or something?iv heard these do go wrong alot.

 

If it worked fine before your mate got his hands on it then id say he's fucked it for you makesure the plug on the back is pushed on properly and that the needle is not catching the dial face as it dont take alot to stop the needle from going up/down if it's slightly catching the dial face it will get stuck/not read wright
